徐中辉，男，博士，教授，硕士研究生导师。江西理工大学首批“清江青年”人才，赣州市微纳光子材料与器件重点实验室主任，教育部学位中心学位论文评审专家。江西理工大学“最受学生欢迎的十佳教师”，江西理工大学“优秀教师”。硕士毕业于西安交通大学，博士毕业于同济大学，新加坡国立大学访问学者。从事低维材料的电子输运和光电性质、微纳光器件等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，主持国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项，主持江西省自然科学基金青年基金和面上基金各1项。以第一作者和主要参与作者在Applied surface science、Physica E、Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics、Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter等学术期刊发表论文20多篇，出版学术专著1部。Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter、Physics Letters A、Physica Status Solidi、New Journal of Physics和量子电子学报等期刊审稿人。受聘为《Tungsten》期刊青年编委。
